CHAIRMAN 主席

A Registered Teacher since 1988 and Supervisor of Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) of Royal Academy of Dance. A former dancer of the Hong Kong Ballet and chorus in “The King and I” with Yul Brynner. He was awarded The Prize Gardener (teacher’s category), and one 1st Prize, two 2nd Prize and three 3rd Prize in the 7th Taoli Cup Dance Competition, China National Arts Competition for Young People, and the Certificate of Glory – Outstanding Instructor from Shenzhen Arts School. Seven students of him became professional dancers because of the benefit of his theory of the Scientific Approach for Ballet.  

He also staged many full-length productions as well as many other short pieces, his choreography has won several awards including Prize of Merit, Prize of Credit, Gold Award, Best Creativity Award and Best Performance Award. Currently he is the Chairman of Inspired Dance Company cum the Chairman of Hong Kong Smart Dance Extravaganza, and Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Macau Challenge Cup Dance Competitions.

自1988年已是英國皇家舞蹈學院註冊教師及芭蕾舞教學研究證書導師及督導。是香港芭蕾舞團舞蹈員及在倫敦與尤伯連納同台演出著名音樂劇「國王與我」。於第7屆桃李杯獲得1個一等獎、2個二等獎及3個三等獎，亦因教學成績優異獲中國文化部頒發一等園丁獎及深圳藝術學校頒發優秀指導老師證書。以科學芭蕾舞訓練學生，其7位學生成為專業舞者。編舞作品獲得多個獎項，包括優異獎、創作獎、金獎、全場最佳表演獎。現時是創舞坊主席，並兼任香港舞林盛會及香港、星加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、菲律賓、澳門挑戰盃舞蹈比賽主席。

He was a business management university graduate who also completed various certificate courses offered by professional bodies of Hong Kong in areas of stage technology, stage management, sports medicine, sports science and sports education. Had been the Head Coach of the Hong Kong Synchronized Swimming National Squad for four years. In 1988, he founded the Inspired Dance Company with several dance friends and was elected the President. In 2009, he stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company. He acquired a professional diploma in arts management and was a full-time arts manager in the Hong Kong Government from 1989 to 2022.  

He started practizing various types of dance at the age of 17. Afterwards, he participated in different types of dance performances and obtained numerous grand prizes in various open dance competitions in Hong Kong. He basically retired from stage performances in 1997 and since then, he started took up the role of rehearsal master in performances of the Inspired Dance Company and stage managers in performances of other organizations.

大學教育修讀商業管理，期後修畢多個分別由不同的香港專業團體主辨的舞台技術、舞台管理、運動醫學、運動科學、運動教學證書課程，曾任香港韻律泳代表隊總教練4年。1988年與數位舞友成立創舞坊，出任團長；2009年卸下董事局職務。1996年獲頒藝術管理專業文憑；1989至2022年在香港政府任全職藝術行政人員。

17歲開始學習多種舞蹈，曾多次參加香港的公開舞蹈比賽而屢獲大獎；亦參加過不同種類和形式的演出。於1997年基本退下舞台，開始在創舞坊的演出中擔任排練導師和在不同團體的舞蹈演出中擔任舞台監督。

GENERAL MANAGER 總經理

Started her career as a graphic designer and started engaging in the coordinating and producing work of dance productions of Inspired Dance Company in 1995. Besides the dance classes of Inspired Dance Education Abecedarian, she coordinated and promoted the dance courses, examinations and seminars of the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet for Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China regions from 2009 to 2019, and the dance courses, examinations and teacher workshops of the Asia Pacific Dance Association for Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China regions from 2013 to 2022. From 2014 to date, she has had been coordinating and supervising the running of the Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition and the Dream Cup Dance Competition of the Hong Kong Smart Dance Extravaganza. Currently, she is the Secretary of Inspired Dance Company.

畢業後從事平面設計工作。1995年開始參與創舞坊的舞蹈製作和教育的統籌及監製工作。除創舞坊教育組的舞蹈班外，2009-2019年負責統籌及推廣澳洲芭蕾舞藝術學校在香港、澳門、中國大陸地區的舞蹈課程、考試及研討會。2013-2022年負責香港、澳門、中國大陸地區的亞太舞蹈協會的舞蹈課程、考試及老師工作坊。2014年至今，統籌及監製香港舞林盛會之香港挑戰盃舞蹈比賽及夢想盃舞蹈比賽。現任創舞坊秘書。 

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER 行政經理

Started practizing ballet at the age of three. During her secondary education, she participated in the school dance team and achieved the Honours Awards in the Schools Dance Festival. Over the years, she dedicated to learn different types of dance and acquired international teaching qualifications such as the Classical Ballet and Modern Jazz teaching diploma of the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing. She is also a ballet, jazz dance, urban, lyrical, musical theatre and acrobatics teacher of the Asia Pacific Dance Association, and a registered teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance.   

She started her dance career in 2008 and taught ballet, jazz and Chinese dance in different kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools. She also served as a judge in the Star Cup Dance Competition for several times. Her students also won gold medals in the Hong Kong Kangaroo Cup Dance Competition and the Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition. 

3歲開始學習芭蕾舞。中學時期參加舞蹈校隊，於校際舞蹈比賽中得到優異成績，多年來努力學習不同種類的舞蹈，並考獲多個國際教師資格，包括澳洲聯邦舞蹈協會古典芭蕾舞及現代爵士舞教師文憑，亞太舞蹈協會芭蕾舞、爵士舞、街舞、現代舞、音樂劇、體操導師，及英國皇家舞蹈學院註冊導師。

自2008年開始投入舞蹈工作，曾於不同幼稚園，小學及中學教授芭蕾舞、爵士舞、中國舞。亦曾數度於星藝盃舞蹈比賽中擔任評判。其學生亦於香港袋鼠盃舞蹈比賽、香港挑戰盃舞蹈比賽獲得金獎。

MARKETING AND PROMOTION MANAGER 市場及推廣經理

Learned ballet from Mr. Kenneth Kwong. She was awarded Advanced 2 and Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies of the Royal Academy of Dance, Teacher Certificate of Achievement of The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet (Vaganova Technique), and Classical Ballet Teaching Diploma and Modern Jazz Teaching Certificate of The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing. She had extensive experience in dance performances, and is a ballet and jazz dance teacher. She started practizing qigong lately and represented Hong Kong to compete in the Qigong Competition of Sport-for-all at the 13th National Games of the People's Republic of China held in Tianjin in 2017.  

芭蕾舞師承鄺國強老師，並考獲英國皇家舞蹈學院註冊教師及Advanced 2證書、澳洲聯邦舞蹈協會芭蕾及爵士舞教師證書、澳洲芭蕾舞藝術學校「Vaganova 學派」教師證書。曾參與不同的舞蹈演出，現為全職芭蕾舞和爵士舞老師。近年開始學習健身氣功，2017年代表香港到天津參加第13屆全國運動會群眾健身氣功比賽。

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER 助理行政經理

 Started her ballet training when she was three. She was awarded the Advanced Certificate of the Royal Academy of Dance in 2001. She obtained the highly commended result in the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies of the Royal Academy of Dance in 2003. She founded the Amara Ballet and Arts Academy in 2019 and was passionate about making ballet accessible to all ages.  

自3歲起學習芭蕾舞，2001年考獲英國皇家舞蹈學院專業芭蕾舞高級證書，並於2003年以優異成績考獲英國皇家舞蹈學院專業教師資格。2019年創立文雅芭蕾舞藝術學院，致力推廣芭蕾舞藝術至不同年齡人士。

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER 資訊科技經理

 She was awarded the Teacher Certificate of the Royal Academy of Dance in 2013 and was further awarded the Teacher Certificates of the Asia Pacific Dance Association and Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. She acquired the Certification in Progressing Ballet Technique Program and is a member of the International Dance Council (CID). She won many medals in various open competitions in Ballet, Jazz and Health Qigong.   

2013年考獲得皇家舞蹈學院教師證書，並進一步考獲亞太舞蹈協會和澳洲芭蕾舞學院教師證書。除了是國際舞蹈委員會的成員之外，她還獲得了進步芭蕾舞教學計劃的認證。曾參加各類公開比賽，並獲得了許多獎牌，包括芭蕾舞、爵士樂、健身氣功。

RESOURCE COLLECTION MANAGER 運營資源管理經理

Started to learn ballet and jazz at the age of 10 under the training of Mr. Kenneth Kwong. At the age of 18, he passed the examinations Advanced 2 of the Royal Academy of Dance, and obtained the Intermediate Level of classical ballet and the Level Eight of Modern Jazz certificates of the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing, the Certificate of Advanced Level of the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet and the Asia Pacific Dance Association Teacher Certificate. He is also a Teacher Member of the UNESCO International Dance Council (CID UNESCO). During the period of learning dance, he represented Hong Kong in overseas competitions and won the Overall Championship and scholarships of the Theatrical Festival – CSTD dance competition in Australia for two consecutive years. Locally, he also achieved good results in major competitions, such as the Hong Kong Open Dance Contest and the Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition, etc. He was also invited to various schools or large-scale events for exchanges or performances. He started teaching dance while still at school. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, he devoted himself to dance education and has been teaching for more than 10 years. He became a dance examiner and Taiwan Regional Director of the Asia Pacific Dance Association in 2020. Lately, he founded his own school brand LE PALAIS DANSANT.  

自10歲起跟隨鄺國強老師學習芭蕾舞及爵士舞。18歲考獲英國皇家舞蹈學院Advanced 2、澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會芭蕾舞Intermediate及現代爵士舞八級證書、澳洲芭蕾舞藝術學校專業高級證書、亞太舞蹈協會教師證書，並成為聯合國教科文組織國際舞蹈協會教師會員。曾獲得袋鼠盃舞蹈比賽全場總冠軍兩連冠及連續兩年成為獎學金得主，並代表香港到澳洲参加由澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會舉辦的Theatrical Festival舞蹈比賽。在本地各大比賽亦取得佳績，如全港公開舞蹈比賽、香港挑戰盃舞蹈比賽等。除比賽以外亦不斷受邀到各校或大型活動進行交流或表演。在學期間開始教授舞蹈，而在時裝設計文學士畢業後更全身投入舞蹈教育，至今已累積10多年經驗。2020年成為亞太舞蹈協會舞蹈考試官及台灣區域負責人。近年更創立自己的學校品牌LE PALAIS DANSANT。
